Cool Care, Inc. is owned and operated by Kenny and Teresa Wardlaw. This team has over 37 years of combined experience in providing exceptional service. They opened Cool Care in 2001 and have consistently exceeded the expectations of their loyal customers by showing up when promised, communicating and solving comfort and efficiency problems, while charging a fair price. We have carefully added employees who are dedicated and care about doing the best job possible. In addition, Kenny and Teresa continue to invest heavily in training for the entire team so that Cool Care, Inc. can remain the best service company in the area by staying on the cutting edge of industry innovations.

Our Staff

Kenny Wardlaw and Cool Care Inc. technicians have earned certification from North American Technician Excellence (NATE) as a service technician for Heating and Air Conditioning equipment and systems. They earned this certification by passing the stringent NATE exam. Kenny also holds a master mechanical license, a master gas pipe fitters license, a license for indoor air quality and mold inspection and numerous other awards and certifications and degrees. Cool Care, Inc. won the national award from Honeywell for his innovative design for a local gymnasium in 2009.

Teresa Wardlaw manages the day to day operations in our office and handles all of the accounting functions for Cool Care. Our office staff thrives to give quality customer service by handling each call personally to ensure that each of our customers individual needs are met. We always welcome feedback from our customers to help us better serve in the heating and air conditioning industry.

Our daughter, Tia Savage, won the national Willis Carrier scholarship and is a freshman at the University of South Carolina. Our son, Robert is a Junior at the University of South Carolina majoring in Accounting. Our 2 youngest children are enrolled at Heathwood Hall at the Intermediate Middle School.
