• • Ice bin should be scrubbed and sanitized
  • Chemical cleaning of evaporator coil
  • Chemical cleaning of water circulation system
  • All removable parts washed and sanitized
  • Operational check of water filter system
  • Run system through two cycles, and discard ice batches after cleaning
  • Visually inspect complete system
  • Water filter changed out when needed*
